The frame is made from 18-karat gold and 900 platinum, and the 24-carat gold-mirrored polycarbonate scratchproof lenses offer 100 percent UV protection. For those who require a prescription, the P’8499 is available as corrective frames. The shades are limited to 911 units, available through Porsche Design stores, and are priced at $6,700.
