Versace Timpiece Collection Preview, Al Qasr Hotel, Dubai

Just last Thursday at the hip Magnolia Restaurant in Dubai’s Al Qasr Hotel was a preview of the latest Versace Timepiece Collection. The new watch collection emphasizes the elegance of Versace as well as the tradition and creativity of the Swiss-made timepieces.

A glamorous crowd was present to view the sophisticated Versace wristwatches displayed in protective glass boxes. Each timepiece carries the distinctive Versace style recognizable to anyone who wears one of the beautiful creations. Among the most breathtaking were the Versace Destiny Spirit and the Versace Perpetuelle.

The Versace Destiny Spirit quartz watch unveiled first at Baselworld in 2010 is an example of the brand’s elegance and class. It has a 39 mm case coated with gold and features the brand’s well-known Medusa logo which adorns the black enamel dial at 12 o’clock. Tiny spheres are lit up by the Clous de Paris decorative detailing between the bezel and the dial.

The Versace Perpetuelle features a striking mother of pearl face which is highlighted by a rotating crown with a sunray feature complete with the Versace logo in relief. A luxurious shower of diamonds decorates the white face of this sophisticated timepiece.  The watch comes with a choice of either a bracelet, leather, or alligator band.
