Om: The Haute 5 Yoga Studios in Las Vegas

News | May 27, 2010

In a city renowned for its 24-7 attitude, you can still find respite from the clang of the slot machines in the form of yoga. Practice your savasana, downward-facing dog and supta virasana at these Haute 5 yoga studios in Vegas. Namaste.

Sherry Goldstein’s Yoga Sanctuary
For sheer depth of yoga styles, try one of the two Sherry Goldenstein’s Yoga Sanctuary studios. Both offer flow, hot, power, Ashtanga, Anusara, Forrest, restorative, basics, therapeutic, prenatal, candlelight and live music.

Goldstein’s clients have included cast members from the Rockettes, Siegfried & Roy, Cirque du Soleil and the Nevada Ballet Theatre. The studio even has a yoga event with you dog where you can learn gentle stretches and massage techniques for your canine. Or check out one of the chocolate and yoga or wine and yoga courses with Dave Romanelli.
