Chanel 2010 Pre-Fall Ready-to-Wear Show at Saks Fifth Avenue
Beverly Hills’ fashionistas and debutantes flocked to Saks Fifth Avenue for an evening of snug mini-dresses and thigh-high boots designed by Karl Lagerfeld and hosted by the luxurious store alongside Dr. Gabriel and Christine Chiu.
The crowd gathered in Saks Fifth Avenue’s third-floor Designer Salon, where those in attendance were treated to cocktails and an exclusive runway show featuring ready-to-wear accessories and shoes from Chanel’s Pre-Fall 2010 collection, the same designs that originally debuted in Paris last December.
West coast trendsetters, Dr. Gabriel and Christine Chiu welcomed premier names like actresses Olivia Munn and Brenda Song, hairstylist Kim Vo, celebrity event planner Jes Gordon and a Karl Lagerfeld-favorite, actress and model Lily Collins. Along with the thrilling fashion show, guests also enjoyed the Chanel Rouge Coco lip-bar for quick touch-ups by Chanel makeup artists.
