Seth W. Pinsky, President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Diane von Furstenberg, President of the Council of the Fashion Designers of America hosted an evening honoring the opening of the CFDA Fashion Incubator.

CFDA Associate Executive Director Lisa Smilor explained that the Fashion Incubator is simply “a natural extension of what our organization already does to support emerging design talent.”

Guests spent the evening perusing different collections and strolling through the various design studios that Newmark Holdings will provide at below-market rates, in fact the venue will accommodate up to 12 designer brands, each with separate studio ranging from 250 to 700 square feet.
