Haute 100 LA Update: The First Look at Ben Affleck as Batman

Holy handsome, Batman! Such is clearly the case from the looks of the first photo of Ben Affleck as Batman, taken by director Zack Snyder on Tuesday.
The man who’s helming the Man of Steel follow-up posted the following shot on his Twitter account while on-set in Detroit.
As played by Oscar winner Affleck, this new Batman is brawny and buff, filling out his cape and cowl to a “B.” He is the perfect person to play opposite returning Superman Henry Cavill in the still untitled film.
Snyder has been revealing looks from the set bit by bit. On Monday, he teased a shot of the new Batmobile, which was hidden under a tarp. He revealed the sleeker new vehicle alongside his new Batman on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old actor is the latest in a string of A-list names to tackle the role: previous reincarnations of the iconic superhero have included Christian Bale, Michael Keaton and George Clooney.
