Haute Event: Mario Lopez Celebrates Cinco de Mayo at Hyde

Mario Lopez hosted a wild Cinco de Mayo bash at Hyde Bellagio on Saturday night.

The actor and television host arrived at the night spot just after midnight with close friends and his wife, Courtney Mazza Lopez. Looking cool and casual in a dark gray long sleeved tee, Lopez posed for photos on the red carpet and stopped to take selfies with several adoring fans before heading inside.

Once inside, the group made their way to a plush VIP booth overlooking the dance floor where they were welcomed by Hyde’s performance artists donning sombreros and shaking maracas in honor of the Cinco de Mayo fiesta. The DJ announced, “Your host for the evening is in the building – the one and only, Mario Lopez!” as the sexy senoritas held up signs spelling out “M-A-R-I-O”.

Fans gathered around the table trying to catch a glimpse of the Saved By The Bell hunk throughout the night. Lopez interacted with the crowd and snapped photos with a couple of admirers including a lucky bride-to-be.

Later in the evening, Hyde’s life-size “Ted” made a visit to the table sporting a sombrero. Reveling in the moment, Lopez danced alongside the giant bear and posed for a photo.
