Blueprint Café

Head Chef at Blueprint Café, Martyn Moody, has created a delicious British BBQ ribs dish which is served on Saturdays. Blueprint’s beef short-rib is brined, smoked with beach wood and then cooked sous-vide for 36 hours. The dish is then glazed with Henderson’s relish and served with sherry vinegar pickled onions, horseradish emulsion and a warm salad of nettles, wild garlic flowers and uniquely, hops. The dish is priced at £15.50 and comes with a bottle of Camden Pale Ale.

Butler’s Wharf Chop House


Butler’s Wharf Chop House offers staunchly British cuisine and marvellous views of Tower Bridge. Diners can kick off with an English Black Velvet Aperitif (Meantime Stout topped with Nyetimber classic cuvee), before enjoying dishes such as Cumbrian veal and ham pie with piccalilli, roast rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. Alternatively, a daily special is served with a pint for £12.95 per person, Monday to Sunday.

Skylon

Skylon restaurant boasts a classic British view – the Southbank of the Thames. Head chef, Adam Gray, has designed a menu to match the splendour of the view: chow down on Crisp Cornish Mackerel with rhubarb chutney and dandelion leaf salad or Roast Squab Pigeon with hazelnut gravy and a apple and celeriac salad. Two courses are priced at £42.00.
