A-Rod Drops Price, Discards Kids on Thanksgiving

When Yankees shortstop Alex Rodriguez isn’t busy shaking his six-foot plus, 225-pound frame around the front seats of a Madonna concert, he’s dropping the price of his Trump Park Avenue condo. The power-hitting third baseman has lowered the price for the second time since first listing it for $14 million back in September. The 4,600-square-foot spread can be yours for the bargain price of $10 million.
The pad rocks the ultimate in luxury, privacy, comfort, and convenience. Each room includes custom lighting, electronic shades, built in speakers, and central AC/heat, which are all controlled with a Crestron touch pad. The Great room boasts 10-foot ceilings, large picture windows, and incorporates the original formal dining room and chef’s kitchen to create a spectacular space for entertaining. Each of the four bedrooms feature en suite baths and massive mahogany doors. The master suite includes two full bathrooms and two humungous customized walk-in closets.
You might be wondering why A-Rod seems in a hurry to sell his place. It seems that the Gold Glover and pop queen are discreetly shopping for love nest on the Upper East Side and on the East End. Sources say the two are looking for double width mansions in the vicinity of $30 million to $60 million. While the Madonna Camp failed to respond, A-Rod’s reps denied the two were looking for real estate. It was revealed last week that A-Rod discarded his kids on Thanksgiving to fly with Madonna down to Miami, where she performed.
