The Art of Opulence: PMG
Property Markets Group and S2 Development have teamed up to create Muse, an art-infused boutique condominium in Sunny Isles. Conceptually designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott, Muse brings new meaning to personalized living. Jacques Claudio Stivelman, CEO of S2 Development, says future residents were the inspiration for each of their design choices. “S2 Development’s collaboration with PMG has allowed us to create a truly unique waterfront project with the client taking center stage,” he says.
Muse gives owners something to really brag about… each unit comes with a different one-of-a-kind sculpture by artist Helidon Xhixha, which will be inspired by the client. Each buyer will have a consultation with Xhixha and he will then sculpt a piece based on the interview. The finished product will be a reflection of the buyer’s distinctive style and personality. The aptly named development allows each resident to truly become a muse for Xhixha’s artwork. The ultra-sleek, 68-unit tower will feature spacious units starting at $1.8 million, with floor plan options ranging from two to five bedrooms, including two full-floor penthouses with five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a den and a service suite totaling more than 5,800 square feet. Dining al fresco will be more than feasible, as each residence will have an expansive summer kitchen on the balcony overlooking Sunny Isles Beach.
In keeping with PMG standards, every amenity offered at Muse— from the full-floor state-of-the-art fitness center to the private beach club with 60 feet of ocean frontage— will be of the highest quality. “Sunny Isles has proven to be the Park Avenue of South Florida, it only makes sense for us to continue on our path as luxury developers in this project,” says Kevin Maloney, Principal of PMG. “We develop projects with the buyers in mind, ensuring this development will fit the checklist of what the residents are looking for.” The svelte, 650-foot tower is set to break ground in June.
