Hollywood Bowl Summer 2014 Lineup Announced

The Hollywood Bowl, LA’s most beloved cultural institution, has finally announced its 2014 summer schedule, and trust us, you’re going to want to start preparing to buy your tickets now.

Said tickets don’t actually go on sale until May 4, but at least you can dream of the fun that is to come, can’t you?

Prior to the opening night extravaganza on June 21, expect to see the Playboy Jazz Festival hosted by George Lopez and featuring performances by George Benson and Jamie Cullum, among others.

The fourth of July kicks off with Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, while Jack Black will host the DreamWorks Animation in concert spectacular on July 18 and 19.

Other highlights include Chris Botti and Chris Isaak, Boz Scaggs, Glen Hansard and Iron & Wine, Gladys Knight with Kool & the Gang and Phish’s Trey Anastasio with the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Single tickets go on sale on May 4 at 10 a.m. in-person at the Hollywood Bowl, on the Hollywood Bowl website, Ticketmaster.com, or by phone at (323) 850-2000 or (800) 745-3000.
