Qantas Hosts Third Annual Spirit of Australia Fete

Qantas airlines threw an intimate soiree for 150 guests to celebrate the spirit of Australia in LA last night.

Kylie Minogue performed for the crowd, which included Qantas ambassador John Travolta, Oscar nominee Jacki Weaver and director Robert Luketic.

Additional guests at Mr. C included Tina Arena, Russell Hitchcock, Sam Sparro, Phillip Noyce, Joel Edgerton, Jacki Weaver, Ursula Brooks, Gracie Otto, Matt Le Nevez, Daniel MacPherson, Zoe Ventoura, Osher Gunsberg, Jason Dundas, Laura Csortan, Tammin Sursok and Pip Edwards.

The event was also attended by Modern Family co-creators Chris Lloyd and Steve Levitan, as well cast members Ty Burrell, Ariel Winter, Eric Stonestreet and Nolan Gould, who made the announcement that the show will now air in Australia.

Qantas hosts the event to show its commitment to promoting Australia in the United States as well as its celebration of the successful Australians who have reached a global audience.
