ESMOD Dubai Hosts the ‘Tellurian’ Fashion Theatrical Performance
On 18 December, ESMOD Dubai, the renowned French fashion institute in the Middle East, hosted Tellurian, an unconventional fashion event highlighting the avant-garde creations of ESMOD students.
This unique project was based on a Post-Apocalyptic theme featuring extravagant shapes with unusual volumes, new wave textiles and bright color palettes all of which served to reveal a new urban Tribe coming from a faraway land.
Students from ESMOD Dubai were given the chance to work with Paris-based scenographer and choreographer, Alain Germain who incorporated a theatrical element to the project. In addition, DJ Tellurian from Amsterdam created a vibrant atmosphere through his executed sounds. Visitors were provided with an interactive fashion show that allowed them to engage with the performing students.
