Beer and Wine Bar Coming to Restaurant Row
Twelve beers on tap, healthy bar-food options and a “cozy atmosphere” are some of the amenities diners will find at Insider, a new bar set to open on Aspen’s Restaurant Row, the Aspen Times reported. The beer and wine house will occupy the space which was formerly Double Dog on Hopkins Avenue.
A local, Max Popovic, is opening the restaurant. It’s scheduled to launch in mid-January, and will only serve drinks at night during the winter. If the operators secure a patio space, they may continue into the summer. The goal, says Popovic, is to be a community place where all can gather and socialize.
