Tory Burch Opens in Abu Dhabi and Reveals its New Robinson Alligator Collection
On 11 November, Tory Burch celebrated the opening of its Abu Dhabi boutique at Sowwah Square Galleria with a cocktail party for VIP guests and select members of the media. The event also marked the debut of the brand’s limited edition Robinson handbags, exquisitely crafted in genuine alligator.
Each bag is handmade by up to five artisans and requiring eight hours to create, the Robinson Alligator collection is distinguished by luxurious textures, solid brass fittings and saturated colors. The collection was devised after Burch visited Dubai last year with the stylish Middle Eastern woman in mind.The collection’s signature styles are available in four rich tones including Tiger Lily, Fuchsia, Emerald and Ultramarine, each inspired by natural elements from around the world.
During the month of November Tory Burch partnered with Zayed Higher organization to support those with autism. A portion of sales from each Robinson Alligator handbag sold this month will go to educational and therapeutic sessions for children at the Abu Dhabi Autism Center.
