Jumeirah Beach Hotel to Host the Galvin Brothers’ Exclusive Pop-Up Restaurant

Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai’s premium family destination and 5 star resort, is set to host a Pop-Up restaurant created especially for Jumeirah by star chefs The Galvin Brothers.

From October 24 to 30, hotel guests can dine at the Villa Beach restaurant and sample the Guest of the Galvins’ tasting menu. Jeff Galvin, known along with his brother Chris for their quality French cuisine, will bring his culinary expertise of seasonal ingredients to Dubai to create a selection of five starters, five main courses and five desserts. Diners can choose from a number of dishes such as Lasagne of Crab, Slow-cooked Pyrenees Lamb Shoulder and Tagine of Bresse Pigeon. Delicious desserts such as Prune and Armagnac Parfait or Apple Tarte Tartin will provide the perfect finale. Alongside Jeff in the kitchen will be Zac Whittle, Head Chef of Galvin La Chapelle, one of the Galvin’s acclaimed restaurants.

In addition, on 27 October, a private cooking class will be held for hotel guests by The Galvin Brothers at the Sun Deck Lounge in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The Galvin Restaurants are a family run collection of seven French restaurants founded in 2005 that include Bistro de Luxe and Le Cellar bar in Marylebone and Galvin La Chapelle and Café a Vin in Spitalfields in London.
