Haute 100 LA Update: Ben Affleck to Direct + Produce Crime Drama Pilot for Fox
2013 just keeps getting back for Ben Affleck.
It has just been announced that the Oscar-winning Argo director will executive produce and direct a crime drama pilot for Fox.
The Middle Man is based on a story developed by Emmy nominee Glenn Gordon Caron, who also penned the script for the pilot.
The series is set in the 1960s and explores the relationship between an FBI agent charged with taking down the Italian-American mafia, and his confidential informant, Irish-American gangster.
The Middle Man will be produced by Fox and Pearl Street Films.
