Haute 100 LA Update: Kelly Wearstler Designed Cameron Diaz’s New York City Home

Cameron Diaz can thank Kelly Wearstler for her newly updated, incredibly chic New York City apartment.

The LA-based designer brought California cool to the actress’ West Village apartment, which is featured in the October issue of Elle Decor.

The 45-year-old designer muted her typically grand styling for Diaz’s 2,400 square-foot pre-war space, though she did add metal and gilded accents.

“I blame my love of sparkly, shiny things on my Cuban roots,” Diaz told the magazine, adding, “But I also wanted a place that felt very homey, very tactile. Kelly is unparalleled when it comes to striking that mix.”
