Representatives from the Italian luxury brand appeared before the Architectural Commission late last month to discuss “inadequacies” in an approved remodel of its Rodeo Drive boutique.
According to the Beverly Hills Courier, the brand has now been granted approval to modify the stone cladding between the ground and second floor windows as well as to remove and change laminated glass cladding panels to brush rose gold.
Other changes include the removal of second floor window illuminations and the addition of a linear light bar fixture with a dimmer.
The reps said their reason for requesting change was that they needed the boutique to have a “cohesive building aesthetic”.
