Jewelry Designer Jeanine Payer to Bring Her New Collection to Barneys New York in Scottsdale
On May 1, head to Barneys New York at Scottsdale Fashion Square to meet jewelry designer Jeanine Payer at her trunk show, where she’ll reveal her new collection and show off her stunning new Mother’s Day designs from 12 to 4 p.m. Pick out the piece that will speak straight to your mother’s heart with such meaningful inscriptions as “What barrier is there that love cannot break?” and “We are put on earth a little space, that we may learn to bear the beams of love.”
Known for adding such resonating quotes and poetry to her already gorgeous handcrafted earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings, Payer is a master at creating elegant sterling silver and gold jewelry pieces that provide the wearer and admirers alike with meaningful messages of love, hope, and truth. Necklaces and earrings feature whimsical touches such as small leaves or dangling teardrop-shaped jewels aside the silver pendants, and bracelets and rings include interesting cut-outs and vine and flower symbols.
For the ultimate, traditional Mother’s Day present, take a look at the Alchemie necklace, one of Payer’s signature photo piece designs. This silver swivel locket contains a circular custom photo, with the front and back affixed by a delicate, 18-karat gold pin, and featuring three different poetry options to be hand-engraved on the front. Or, if you think she’d prefer something a little less conventional, surprise her with the Fiore necklace, whose charm is a silver flower hanging upside down. The four free-moving petals can be pulled back to reveal the 18-karat gold pendant inside inscribed with the words “Everything is soul and flowering. I open and fill with love, and what is not love evaporates.”
Be the first in the Valley to see Payer’s latest designs at the trunk show on May 1 and pick out a gift your mother will keep close to her heart always.
