Maurice, Paul and Armand Marciano, brothers and cofounders of denim brand Guess, are the proud new owners of yet another haute company: top LA wine retailer Wally’s Wine & Spirits.
Founder Steve Wallace has sold his business — LA’s largest alcoholic beverage retailer — to the brothers for an undisclosed amount.
Wine personality Christian Navarro is also partnering with the Marcianos.
The Marciano brothers have been customers of Wally’s for 20 years and avid wine connoisseurs. Maurice additionally recently purchased a boutique winery in Napa Valley; his first release of a Bourdeaux-style wine is expected to make its debut in 2014.
