Petrossian to Sell $75 Caviar Burger
If you want to indulge in the hautest of treats, head to Petrossian on Robertson on May 29.
In honor of National Burger Day, chef Giselle Wellman is introducing an indulgent caviar burger for one day only.
The caviar house will produce a patty topped with Petrossian’s Papierusse® “Caviar Sheet, butter lettuce, crème fraiche dressing, and a fried egg; fries with caviar aioli come alongside.
But be aware: this burger doesn’t come cheap. Those who want the gourmet treat will be paying $75 per burger.
