Opening Night for “Red” at Golden Theater

Opening night of the Broadway sensation, “Red” attracted several celebrities and fans to the Golden Theater in New York on Thursday, April 1. Several stars were in attendance such as Zach Braff, Cynthia Nixon, Alicia Silverstone, Amanda Peet, Martha Plimpton, Matthew Settle, Alan Alda, Alan Cumming, Sarah Paulson, David Hyde Pierce, and Victor Garber.

The 1950’s era play based in New York focuses on the story of Mark Rothko as he fights to maintain his relevance under the looming presence of a new generation of artists, it stars Alfred Molina and Eddie Redmayne. This critically acclaimed play is a Domnar Warehouse production and just arrived from a run in London’s renowned, West End.
