Residences at Viceroy Snowmass Sales Outpacing National Trends

With 42 units sold in four months, sales at the Viceroy Snowmass Residences are outpacing comparable markets in ski resort sales, Related Colorado announced today. The studio-to-four-bedroom units came to market in December, and have sold at a pace which officials expect will continue into the summer.

“Out of all luxury hotel-affiliated residence projects in U.S. ski resorts, The Residences Viceroy Snowmass has doubled what our next closest competitor has posted in sales this winter season,” says Garrett Reuss, partner of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Real Estate (ASSIR), which is the exclusive sales agent for the project. “And the number of sales represents more than 40 percent of all the condominium sales in the entire Aspen/Snowmass market season-to-date.”

The Residences are part of the Viceroy Snowmass property, which was named the No. 1 resort hotel in Aspen/Snowmass by Conde Nast Traveller this year. Wholly-owned residences start at $252,000. Owners also receive VIP status at Viceroy Resorts worldwide.
