Sunday Funday: Easter Brunch in Aspen

Brunch is a favorite pastime in Aspen, but when Easter rolls around the hotels take it to the next level. Start with a sunrise Easter service on the top of Aspen Mountain, and then ski down to one of multi-course meals St. Regis Lobbyto celebrate the day.

  • A chef-attended serving station offering five-pepper crusted slow-roasted prime rib is just the start of the culinary experience at the St. Regis Aspen. Smoked salmon, striped bass and an entire dessert menu round out the menu. $75
  • If you can’t choose between the pancake and make-your-own-egg stations, there’s nothing to worry about at the Hotel Jerome. The Easter brunch here includes both, plus more filling options like molasses-marinated ham and class eggs benedict. $65
  • At Element 47 inside The Little Nell, brunch-goers have the choice between breakfast options like omelettes made to order and gravlax salmon, or lunch options such as wild mushroom ravioli and slow-roasted Colorado leg of lamb. $58.
