Carolina Herrera at Fashion Week: Soft Satin and Feminine Fur
Carolina Herrera draped the runway in soft satin and feminine fur with her luxurious 1940s inspired Fall Winter 2013 show. Her adorable grandchildren excitedly sat front row, as did a number of editors including: Stefano Tonchi, Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington.
Karlie Kloss, straight from the Grammy’s opened the show and was followed by other supermodel favorites: Cara Delevinge, Jourdan Dunn and Hilary Rhoda to name a few. Their hair was center parted with French braid rolls adorning opposites sites of their faces and a candy apple lip.
Slim silhouettes in rich shades of espresso, caramel, emerald green and burgundies sauntered down the aisles in monochromatic shaded tweed coats, two-piece sets and printed silk layer pleated dresses.
