Will Ferrell Knocks Back Brews on a Pub Crawl in the Name of Cancer Research
Will Ferrell keeps it classy in San Diego, even when he’s drinking.
The comedian embarked on a pub crawl in San Diego over the weekend for his third official Cancer for College Pub Crawl, a benefit that provides college scholarships to cancer survivors.
Although the event usually takes place in April, event organizers decided to host the event early as his shooting schedule in 2013 is so hectic.
Thus, the Anchorman star boarded a bus taking him and 155 fellow beer enthusiasts around San Diego’s favorite establishments for having a tipple (and perhaps toppling over), including the Blind Lady Ale House, Tiger!Tiger! and Hamilton’s Tavern.
Additionally, as the official spokesperson for Cancer for College, Ferrell is also lending his name to a campaign that raises money for Crowdrise; donors will receive a bottle of Ferrell’s Super Sexy Hot Tan Sunscreen and will be entered into a contest to win a signed cowbell.
