17th Annual I Have a Dream Foundation Gala at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

News | November 19, 2012

The Trump family – no relation to the Donald – of the Acqualina Resort and Spa hosted a Gala to remember on November 14th for the 17th Annual I Have a Dream Foundation Gala at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Stephanie Jules and Eddie Trump’s event featured a VIP cocktail reception and silent and live auction raking in more than $600,000 for the charity. Miami’s chapter, founded in 1995 to aid children or ‘Dreamers’, living in low-income communities in achieving a higher education, the ‘I have a Dream Foundation’ has now grown to 35 affiliates nationwide and more than 4,000 ‘Dreamers’. The ‘Dreamers’ performed two numbers for the gala’s attendees ahead of a performance by critically acclaimed jazz singer Nicole Henry, to cap off the night. Empowering a new class of children in efforts to invest in the future of Miami’s youth, the ‘I have a Dream Foundation’ by default is also investing in the city Miami’s future as well.
