Photos: Styx Performs at the Pearl at the Palms
Friday night was the first of two very special Styx shows at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms. The band put on an amazing live performance playing “The Grand Illusion” and “Pieces of Eight” in their entirety, in order. Fans went crazy.
The group is set to perform the show again on Saturday night. This is the first time this show set up has been performed west of the Mississippi with no plans of performing it again in 2013, so these were destination shows for fans who came in from all over the world. One of the original founding members of Styx, Chuck Panazzo, joined the band for a few songs throughout the night.
