Haute Living’s Best Dressed of the Emmy Awards

The Emmys are always a good excuse for the stars to get glam, and last night’s ceremony didn’t disappoint.

Stars like Sofia Vergara, Zooey Deschanel and Ginnifer Goodwin looked absolutely stunning as they strolled down the red carpet at the 64th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

“Modern Family” star Vergara wins our award for best dressed at the Nokia Theater in her shimmering green mermaid-like Zuhair Murad gown.

“Once Upon A Time” actress Goodwin looked lovely in an eye-catching Monique Lhullier gown and Christian Louboutin’s Unbout pumps, while “New Girl” Deschanel proved she’s a new fashion contender in her floaty Reem Acra confection.

Lucy Liu played with heavy metals in Versace, as did Kerry Washington in Vivienne Westwood, while Nicole Kidman opted for carefully-placed sequins in Antonio Berandi.

Our runner-up, however, is Edie Falco, who at age 49 looked better than many women half her age in a sexy, body-hugging Stella McCartney frock.
