Miami Beach’s 3 Indian Creek has been sold for $47 Million.

The Jills — made up of Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate — were the listing agents for the property, which features 10 bedrooms, 14 baths, along with a 100-foot swimming pool and cabana, six wet bars, a rooftop sky bar and Jacuzzi.

The site of one of Haute Living’s decadent fashion shoots lensed by Greg Lotus, 3 Indian Creek sits on the Island of Indian Creek, one of Miami Beach’s most posh neighborhoods, housing only about 40 residences, as well as a premier golf course and the Indian Creek Country Club.
