For the latest installment of the Harding Dinner Series, we introduce Area 31 Sous Chef, Ben Murray.

The pop-up dinner series, which is taking place at Josh’s Deli, in Surfside, will last from July 17-19 with hour long seating’s of 9-10pm which means reservations are highly recommended.

And what’s Murray cooking up? Well, there will be a $55 chef’s tasting menu as well as a la carte options all touching on a menu inspired by American classics with what he calls a “whimsical twist.” An effort to breathe new life into the classics, no doubt. Including but not limited to a version of a dirt cup including Nasturtium flower pudding, chicory, frozen chocolate rocks, sweet herbs and flowers.
