Haute Event: Kaylani Lei Hosts a Post-Fight Party at Posh Boutique Nightclub

Sexy adult film star Kaylani Lei hosted an after-fight party at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club on Saturday night.

The exotic beauty looked flawless in a form-fitting cream and black dress with a plunging neckline paired alongside sky-high black stilettos.

Channeling her inner Marilyn Monroe, the gorgeous bombshell playfully fought with the wind to keep her dress down while posing for photographs with a handful of admiring fans walking into the club. Once inside, the sexy vixen was greeted with a warm welcome from thousands of boxing fans who couldn’t get enough of the petite babe.

The knockout hottie partied alongside Playboy model, Natalia Marie, until the early morning hours, sipping on Moët Chandon champagne and noshing on strawberries and cream throughout the evening. The adult actress even took to Twitter, exclaiming “Hello Vegas. Let’s play…meet me @CrazyHorse3LV tonight!!”

Also reveling in excitement at the mega-club was comedian Jo Koy.
