Dori’s World: Hat Luncheon For The Central Park Conservancy 30th Annual Frederick Law Olmsted Awards
On Wednesday May 2, I attended the Central Park Conservancy 30th Annual Frederick Law Olmsted Awards Luncheon honoring JP Morgan Chase, Gillian Miniter and sponsored by Tiffany and Co.
The luncheon was chaired by Andrea Henderson Fahnestock, Amie James, Julia Koch, Sheila Labrecque and Lizzie Tisch.
The color of the tent was the iconic Tiffany blue and everyone wore amazing hats. Lizzie Tisch was my favorite with a gorgeous white linen hat with gorgeous purple pieces hanging from it. There were so many different kinds of hats- a park bench shaped hat, beaded hats, small head pieces, huge hats – you name it!
At my table was Lizzie Tisch, Emily Smith, Any Fine Collins, Liz Lange, Lilly Band, Lisa Blau and Emily Ford. Also in attendance were Cyril Karaoglan, Ulla Parker , Marci Warren, Caroline Kennedy (who wore a black top hat), Sharon Bush, Marissa Brown, Karen Lefrak, Hilary Geary Ross, David Patrick Columbia, Karen Luter, Bettina Zilkha, Lily Maddock and Stephanie LaCava. Everyone tehre enjoyed Clos du Bois wine
The event was a great success and it so much fun to be at a NY hat luncheon again.
