Dori’s World: April In NYC And The Lanvin Fashion Show

Here in NYC, April is still a little cold but at least the sun is shinning!  We are all waiting for the warm weather.

Wednesday was a great afternoon. I first had lunch with my sister Lauren Cooperman at La Bottega, then did some shopping before heading to a second lunch at Nello with Alex Furmanovich,  Karen Larrain and Inga Rubenstein.

Then it was on to Barney’s for the Lanvin fashion show where designer Alber Elbaz gave a fun speech. So many people were in attendance including Charlotte Blechman, Stephanie Hirsch, Marjorie Gubelmann, Uma Thurman, Helen Schifter, Jennifer Creel, Derek Blasberg and Katie Lee. It was such a great presentation.

Then I made a quick stop to see the progress of Keith and Inga Rubenstein’s  new town house. Amazing!
