A major survey showed yesterday that China has surpassed the United States as the country with the largest desire for high end watches, such as Rolex or Omega.
A poll ran by Switzerland based Digital Luxury Group (DLG) tracks the online search activities of more than 1 billion internet users globally. The World Watch Report DLG recently released shows almost one in four Internet searched for luxury timepieces are coming from China’s mainland for the first time since launching the survey in 2004.
