Moscow’s Red Square is a prime piece of Russian real estate, and since the razing of the 3,000-room Soviet Era Hotel Rossiya in 2006, several ideas have been thrown around one what to do with the space, including a  a hotel, office, retail spaces and an administrative center that could contain a new parliament building and government headquarters in the future.
