The Fourth Annual Carnival of Cuisine Returns to the Palazzo and Venetian Dec. 10

If you’ve been waiting to try out some of the restaurants at the Venetian and Palazzo, mark Dec. 10 on your calendar. The fourth annual Carnival of Cuisine returns that Saturday featuring the culinary fare from 15 celebrated restaurants at the two resorts.

Get to the Bouchon spread first; last year it was the first to run out of food as guests clamored for missed macarons, cookies and pastries. Other restaurants participating in the three-hour foodie extravaganza include B&B Ristorante, Café Presse, Carnevino, Delmonico, Dos Caminos, Otto, First Food & Bar, Grand Lux Café, Lagasse’s Stadium, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro, Pinot Brasserie, SushiSamba, Sweet Surrender, Table 10, Valentino Las Vegas, Venetian|Palazzo Catering, Zine and Zeffirino. Five James Beard Award winners are among the restaurants represented.

During the event held in the Palazzo Ballroom, look for prizes including signed cookbooks, restaurant gift certificates and show tickets. The Carnival of Cuisine is presented by Grazie, the two resorts’ loyalty program.
