Hotel 1000’s BOKA KITCHEN + BAR launches “The Mix List”
This Fall, why not try some of the best cocktails in Seattle at BOKA KITCHEN + BAR, the restaurant in the downtown Seattle Hotel 1000, an exclusive member of The Haute Hotel Network.
BOKA KITCHEN + BAR has recently launched “The Mix List” which features six totally original cocktails invented by their bartenders. Mi-Suk Ahn, BOKA’s Bar Manager and famous Seattle mixologist says, “We created The Mix List to showcase the amazing talent behind the bar at BOKA. From Michael’s sparkling Leaf Erikson cocktail to Mike’s thyme-infused Le Foret martini, each cocktail has a personality of its own just like our bartenders and the guests they serve.”
