Haute Estates: Sharon Stone Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $8,995,000

Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning actress Sharon Stone has listed her seven-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, California for $8,995,000.

Stone has owned the home since 1995 and has previously listed the property for sale in 2007 for $11.5 million and again in 2008 when she listed it as a high-end lease with a monthly rent of $58,000. Now the home has a $8.995,000 price tag, but according to Real Estalker, if she and her real estate manage to secure a full price sale, Stone will face a $2,005,000 loss not counting carrying costs and real estate fees.

The 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom estate sits on 4.85 acres of hillside and offers garage parking for upwards of 14 cars. Five bedrooms are located in the main house and another 2 are located in a detached guest house. The guest house also contains a state-of-the-art media room and gym. Outside, there are outdoor entertainment areas that include a side patio with a built-in barbecue station, resort style swimming pool and spa, lighted tennis court with viewing pavilion, meditation garden and meandering pathways with bridges and waterfalls.

Other high-profile owners in the area include Eric Dane from Grey’s Anatomy and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, country queen Taylor Swift and Desperate Housewives actor Jesse Metcalfe.
