
Madonna sells Beverly Hills mansion for $15.68 million

The Material Girl has done it again.
That’s right. Pop goddess Madonna (real name Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie) has finally sold her 6,458-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion, which sits on 0.59 acres of pristine property, for a phenomenal $15.68 million, after the home was listed on September 17 for $17.495 million. Madonna, who will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, had owned the home for nearly five years, after purchasing the home in 2000 from actress Diane Keaton — for a relatively reasonable $6.5 million.
The incredible and lushly landscaped home, located on ritzy Roxbury Drive, features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, multiple courtyards, an outdoor fireplace and dining area, a pool, formal gardens, a detached office, and two guesthouses. The home was built in 1926 and designed by renowned architect Wallace Neff.
The deal, public records show, was completed December 28, ensuring that Madonna, husband Guy Ritchie, and their three children.
