The Hangover and He’s Just Not That Into You star Bradley Cooper, has just purchased a town house in the 35-unit Dogtown Station in Venice, handled by Charlotte Bjorlin D’Elia and Robert D’Elia, the owners and co-designers of Dogtown Station.
The 2,198 square feet of loft space has glass walls, 9- to 18-foot ceilings, an open floor plan, and polished concrete and hardwood floors. With a gated garage entry perfect to park his latest toys and a private rooftop deck with skyline and ocean views, this pad is nothing short of Hollywood star-worthy.
The 3-story unit includes two bedrooms, a loft room, and two bathrooms. While the sales price has not yet been disclosed, the town house had been previously listed for $1.25 million. Cooper plans to use this pad as an office space for his Indiana & 22nd production company.
Charlotte Bjorlin D’Elia and Robert D’Elia, the owners and co-designers of Dogtown Station, handled the transaction.
