Goldie Hawn and her long-time mate Kurt Russell have put their Malibu mansion on the market. The couple’s asking price is $14,749,000, according to the MLS. Typically, the Hawn and Russell rent the house during the summer to patrons who spend $80,000 to $95,000 per season.
The traditional two-story house recently went under broad renovations in 2005 and is modeled after a Zen oasis, which is immediately apparent when entering the Buddha filled gated courtyard. Wide open spaces and flooding light pours in to the Balinese interiors, allowing for renters to take advantage of long summer days.
Composed of 4,300 square feet, the property includes four bedrooms, two of which are oceanfront master suites, an additional 4.5 baths, an ocean view kitchen, media room and separate guesthouse. The entire house is professionally designed for the most luxurious of homeowners.
