Adjoined to the main residence is the luxurious master suite, which boasts its own private entrance and romantic views of the bay. Adding to the extravagance of the property is the ocean side emerald blue tiled pool complete with lanai, pool side decking and guest suite. Located just behind the pool house are two spacious and separate guest hales each with their own bath and private entry. Near the gated entrance to the Estate is a fully contained guest or caretaker’s cottage, which includes a kitchen, living room, master suite and two guest bedrooms and bath.
Once inside the gated estate the grounds are rich with a variety of indigenous plants and trees that surround and provide privacy, including ancient monkey pod trees which create beautiful shaded canopies that tower high above the Estate. The fertile greenery stretches all the way to the water’s edge to the Estate’s private dock, where boating, snorkeling, paddling and a variety of other water sports can be enjoyed year round.
