Haute Event: Junior Spring Benefit Hosted by Valentino & Clos du Bois

On Monday, June 13, 2011 the Gramercy Park Hotel Rooftop Terrace was filled with 200 of New York’s celebrities, socials and VIPs celebrating the annual Junior Spring Benefit for Lincoln Center Institute. Hosted by Valentino and Clos du Bois wines, the event served to bring dance, music, theater, architecture and visual arts from diverse cultures into public school classrooms. Carey Mulligan, Mamie Gummer, Grace Gummer, Zoe Kazan, Lily Rabe, Olivia Chantecaille, Claiborne Swanson Frank, Karen Duffy and more looked gorgeous in Valentino. Guests, including Paul Dano, Hayley Bloomingdale, Jamie Johnson, Minnie Mortimer, Peter Davis and Annelise Petereson, dined on roast beet salad, chicken and caramel salted cake paired with Clos du Bois Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon under the stars on the beautiful rooftop of the Gramercy Park Hotel. DJ Chelsea Leyland got everyone out of their seats to dance as Clos du Bois was served and canapes were eaten. Musical guest, Karen Elson, performed her top hits as guests watched on and continued to mingle throughout the evening.
