Azul at Mandarian Oriental, Miami Reveals New Menu Under Chef Joel Huff

Mandarin Oriental’s signature restaurant Azul debuts a new dinner menu today, June 8, under the culinary genius of Chef Joel Huff. The appetizing new menu presents a mix of modern European cuisine infused with American and Asian influences.

For starters, the scrumptious “Panzanella Salad” is a new twist on a traditional caprese and features Heirloom Tomato, California Burrata, Brioche Toast and Olive Vinaigrette.

Innovative main course options include the mouthwatering Sake Marinated Black Cod served with Cedar Wood Ham Hock Dashi and Pickled Mushrooms, and the savory Snake River New York Strip, which features Corned Short Rib, Smoked Potato Espuma, White Asparagus, Bone Marrow, and Bush Berry Au Poivre.

In addition to dinner food choices, a number of heavenly desserts are also available. They include Bittersweet Chocolate Cream with Macaroon, Nashi Pear and Blood Orange Sorbet and Yogurt Cloud Cake..
