Cher Plans to Sell her Four Seasons Hualalai Property

News | December 26, 2009

Superstar Cher has just announced that she plans to sell a sprawling property she owns which is located in the Four Seasons Hualalai resort in Hawaii.

The legendary icon is hoping to fetch between $8 million and $12 million for the .76-acre plot of land which she purchased in 2004 for $2.9 million. While that price difference may seem extraordinary, Cher has completely expanded upon the plot which now incorporates a luxurious 8,821-square-foot home Cher began constructing just a year after she bought the land.

The six-bedroom home is divided between the main house and four additional bungalows which contain one bedroom each. The main building is superbly located with a view over the infinity pool which itself overlooks the fourth hole of the Ke’olu golf course. In true superstar fashion, Cher also had a detached media room constructed on the property.

The property is scheduled to head to auction on January 18. Below you can see pictures of the home and property.
