Dubai Fashion Week aims to promote the seasonal prêt a porter of many UAE and international fashion designers. This year’s “by invitation only” event fashion trade event of Fall/Winter 2011  included fashion designers Chinese Kay Li, Lebanese Sarah Mrad, Polish Anna Gurgacz, Syrian Sara Al Refai, German fashion design Sophie Wanney, Syrian designer Azadeh Zandi, and the grand finale of the season leading Indian fashion designer Rajesh Pratap Singh.

DFW 2011 took place for five great days filled with creative spirit and energetic entrepreneurship. Make-up artists, choreographers, fashion designers, media and PR spokes people gathered together for opportunities of learning and vital exchange about the development of the region’s fashion industry.

Dubai Fashion Week is owned and organized by Capital Marketing, an events management company which endows DFW with its expertise in managing large corporate events, seminars and exhibitions. Dubai Fashion Week is run by a team of devoted fashion industry professionals comprising of an advisory board. The event attracts global and regional buyers to the region and serves as a pivotal fashion event for the professionals in the Middle East and Asia.
