Celebrity Living: Pro Golfer Denis Watson Puts Pacific Palisades Home on Market
Looking for a quiet gateway with all amenities of modern life? Pro golfer Denis Watson and his wife Susan Loggans, have put their Pacific Palisades home on the market.
Watson is nowhere near new to the game of golf. He earned his reputation during his first year in the PGA back in 1984 when he won three major championships. An injury in 1985 forced him to retire prematurely, but he recently rejoined the Champions Tour in 2007, when he was voted Rookie of the Year award in 2007.
Watson’s palatial estate in Pacific Palisades sits adjacent to Will Rogers Historic State Park. The home was purchased back in 2004 for $7.95 million from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. The fantastic estate spreads over an 2.5 acres and has amenities like guesthouses, tennis court, spa and a pool along with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Furthermore, this is an equestrian property with a year-long stream and a corral. The home is now valued at $23.5 million.
