It’s Another Day of New Additions at Haute Living

The Haute Living Real Estate Network already consists of the top names in the world of luxury real estate, including Jeffrey Hyland who cofounded the firm that has represented Madonna, Halle Berry, Johnny Depp, Bruce Willis, and Sharon Stone; Russ Filice, a featured realtor Kimora Lee Simmons’ reality show, Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane; The Jills, whose client list has included the likes of Haute Living cover subject Shaquille O’Neal; and Toni Schrager who has sold to basketball great Dwayne Wade.

Today we are excited to welcome to our elite membership circle Niki Higgins of Seaside Properties Group, Inc. in Palm Beach, and Doug Leibinger of Chaffin Light Real Estate in Aspen, Colorado.

At the start of the century, Higgins left her highly successful career with Douglas Elliman in New York City to open Seaside Properties Group in South Florida. The foundation of her firm was set on the principle that she would specialize in exclusive luxury waterfront properties. Today, she remains true to her founding mission, representing the poshest pads from Palm Beach to South Beach.

Adding to our West Coast lineup, Doug Leibinger knows a thing or two about luxury properties, particularly considering that his background includes the opening of the Ritz-Carlton in Aspen. Today his multimillion-dollar listings can be found in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, and Snowmass Village.
